I'm Sarah Jane

....a girl with a big imagination and wild ideas. Since I've been very young, creativity has always lived in me--and it will forevermore. When I was little, the shelves in the craft section of the library were the first things I dashed to every time we visited, and I still find myself lingering there.

My two loves in life are art and music. I started playing the piano when I was 6 years old. I struggled with it at first, but the persistence it took me to get started has helped me continue. A couple years later I picked up flute, which I play quite frequently now.

Art has been a part of my life since the summer of 2008 when I first checked out a drawing book from the library. Many afternoons you can find me in my room, smudged with every color of the rainbow, just painting away. Now I enter several competitions a year and just recently started selling some of my work.

I am a daughter of God and I believe that He has a "story" for each of us to live. I have been saved by His grace and I am looking forward to meeting Him face to face one day. But while I am on earth, it is my prayer that as I give myself anew to God everyday, He will use me and work through me to bring glory to Himself.

For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. ~Psalm 139:13
